some helpful tips to prevent it from spreading

1. Do not expose windshield to extreme heat
or cold and keep out of sunlight if possible.

2.Prevent contamination from moisture. If you
have a stone chip,cover it with scotch tape.

3. Do not use reflective sun shades as
they reflect heat into the windshield.
